Build a strong internal control environment within the BNL Regional Businesses to mitigate financial, operational and image risks and ensure efficient and effective operational procedures, reliable financial information and compliance with internal/external laws & regulations. You live in Belgium or The Netherlands and therefor can easily travel to the Business units in these countries.
Is deze job voor jou?
• Monitor and help the business implement the SG Internal Control Reference Framework (ICRF). • With input of the business, create and maintain flowcharts for material process flows and perform a frequent walkthrough for every business unit. • With input of the business, create and maintain authorization matrixes for every business unit. • Provide stakeholders with internal control findings, proposals to mitigate associated risks and help them implement those improvements. • Provide stakeholders with information to align processes and approval flows amongst the business units. • Support the business in performing a (self) risk assessment from a legal/compliance perspective. • Be the first point of contact for IT regarding GITC’s and application controls. • Support and coordinate internal audits. • Use and maintain relevant tools, such as Celonis and IC Cube. You bring: - A Bachelor or Master Degree - Fluency in English and preferrably Dutch (French is an asset!)
